30' Minimun Dockage Rate Applies to Thursday, Friday, Saturday

To 60' ............. $5.00 per foot daily
60’ - 85' ......… $5.50 per foot daily
85’ & Up .....… $6.00 per foot daily

Sun., Mon., Tues., Wed.
To 60' ..............$4.75 per foot daily
60’ - 85' ...........$5.00 per foot daily
85’ - Up ...........$5.50 per foot daily

Holiday Rates - July 4th and Labor Day 3 Night Minimum - Advanced Payment Required

*CANCELLATION POLICY: There is a 14-day cancellation policy for refunds less a $25 administration fee. There is a 3-day notice for marina credit. There are no refunds or credits for cancellation within the 3 day period. Any credit must be used in current season. Dockage credits can be utilized before Labor Day on Sunday - Thurs. nights excluding holidays & tournaments. Dockage credits may be used on any day after Labor Day. Dockage subject to availability. ALL CANCELLATIONS MUST BE FAXED OR E-MAILED.

*HOLIDAY POLICY: Minimum stay with advance payment required in full.


2013 Holiday Schedule

Memorial Day – May 27th – 2 night minimum stay.

July 4th – 3 night minimum stay (any 3 nights that includes Thursday, July 4th).

Labor day – September 2nd– 3 night minimum stay.

*For Holidays dockage is payable in full in advance by check only. Slips are available on a first come-first serve basis. Slip reservation is confirmed upon receipt of check. Dockage is subject to slip availability.
