*CANCELLATION POLICY: Reservations booked through Dockwa are subject to payment in full at the time of booking. Once your booking is confirmed, you have up to seven days before your arrival date to cancel for a refund of your deposit, less a $50.00 administration fee. Deposits are NON-REFUNDABLE within seven days of your arrival date. Please note that deposits applied to bookings for holiday weekends are NON-REFUNDABLE regardless of when the cancellation is requested. Absolutely no refunds/credits will be issued if stay is canceled or modified within three days of scheduled arrival. Any credits issued MUST be used before the end of the current season. Your request for a specific slip will be given every consideration but CANNOT be guaranteed. Slip assignments may change before arrival at the dockmaster’s discretion. Dockage subject to availability. This policy is inclusive of, but not limited to, bad weather, boat maintenance issues, family emergencies, medical emergencies, schedule changes, etc.

*HOLIDAY POLICY: Minimum stay with advance payment required in full. Credit must be used within one year of the dockage reservation date.
